Dayanand Bote

Dayanand Bote is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in various human resource roles. Currently serving as the Senior CPE Operations Lead at Ensono since June 2020, Dayanand is responsible for the Center of Excellence role within the CPE function in India, managing the pre-onboarding process, analyzing HR operations, and liaising with stakeholders. Previous experience includes roles at PTC as a Human Resources Consultant and Manager, where Dayanand handled HR policies, attendance, payroll, and employee relations. With a foundational role as an HR Executive at Cummins India Ltd and an Assistant Manager HR at PTC Software (I) Pvt. Ltd., Dayanand has developed a diverse skill set in HR management, employee engagement, and reporting. Dayanand holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
