Kasandra Dobrocky

Kasandra Dobrocky (Natzke) possesses extensive experience in capacity management and systems analysis. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Capacity Planner at Ensono since September 2004, Kasandra oversees client relationships and orchestrates the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and production of deliverables. Prior to this role, Kasandra worked at IRI from August 1996 to September 2004 as Director of Capacity Planning, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive capacity metrics across various platforms and partnering with business units to align capacity needs. Early career experience includes a position as Senior Systems Analyst at ComEd from 1991 to 1996, focusing on enhancements to mainframe customer systems. Kasandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Purdue University, achieved in 1990.
