Kinsley Kiddoo

Kinsley Kiddoo, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Culture & People Experience at Ensono since May 2018, with a history of roles including Manager of Culture & People Experience and Global HR Business Partner. At Ensono, Kinsley collaborates with the global culture and people experience team, providing strategic support to various departments. Prior to Ensono, Kinsley held multiple positions at ATI Physical Therapy between March 2011 and May 2018, including Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included performance management counseling, employee relations investigations, and serving as HR project lead for mergers and acquisitions. Kinsley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
