Prior roles at Rogers Communications involved directing digital product management, improving customer experiences, and developing digital strategies. Kai began a professional journey at Bell as a Senior Solution Architect Consultant, enhancing billing and payment digital services. Educational background includes a Master in Design (on hold) from OCAD University and a Master of Science in Telecom & Mobile Networks from Paris-Sud University.
