Saffron Freeman

Saffron Freeman is an experienced executive reward and HR professional with a robust background in designing and managing compensation strategies across multiple international markets. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Reward at Entain since August 2025, Saffron is a key advisor to the Remuneration Committee, focusing on executive remuneration governance. Previously, as Head of Reward at BRITVIC PLC, significant contributions included leading M&A activities, structuring incentive schemes, and promoting equity and diversity through Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting. Saffron's earlier roles at Amey spanned various HR functions, including Head of Reward & Insights, where responsibilities encompassed leading reward initiatives, managing global mobility, and implementing HR systems. Saffron holds a BSc in Production & Operations Management from the University of Nottingham.
