Purcell Associates from February 1989 to December 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University - Tandon School of Engineering.
