Genzy Davis, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit - IT at Entegris, where responsibilities include leading an IT audit program and collaborating with the VP of Internal Audit to align audit plans with organizational objectives. Previously, at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Genzy held the position of IT Associate Director, managing global auditors and third-party SOX testers while driving compliance improvements through collaboration with various internal and external partners. As Senior Manager at Vertex, Genzy oversaw risk-based audits and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience includes roles at Putnam Investments as Internal Audit Manager, where complex audit engagements were managed, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on audits in financial services and insurance sectors. Genzy obtained an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University.
