Tiffany Yang

Tiffany Yang is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Sr. Manager, HR BP at Entegris since November 2021, where Tiffany collaborates with the Center of Excellence to implement strategic HR programs focused on talent development, performance management, total rewards, and employee recognition. Prior to this, Tiffany was an HR Account Manager at 光寶科技 from December 2017 to November 2021, leading the Kaohsiung Account HR team to enhance performance. Tiffany's experience also includes roles as Section Manager of the HRD Section at Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd., and Senior Section Manager at Inventec, where Tiffany developed talent strategy and HR policy for subsidiaries. Tiffany began the career in sales and marketing at Formosa Plastics Group after earning a Master of Business Administration in Public Affairs Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
