James Marchant is a Senior Business Analyst at Entelect since January 2018, leading a development team for the innovative PowerPulse alternative energy platform under Standard Bank's CIB Digital. Previously, James served as an Intermediate Business Analyst for Discovery's Financial Adviser Zone, overseeing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). James began the career at Discovery as a Business Analyst in the Digital Channels team, contributing to various sections of the Discovery website. Prior experience includes an internship at Entelect, focusing on agile software development at Discovery Vitality, and a role as a Support Consultant at Afrihost, where high client satisfaction was maintained. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce with a triple major from the University of the Witwatersrand.
