Prior to this role, Ilya held positions such as Project Manager at OOO LUKOIL-Engineering KogalymNIPIneft, Chief Project Engineer at RN-SakhalinNIPImorneft, and Head of Reservoir Engineering Department at Slavneft-NPC. With a background in Petroleum Engineering, including a Master of Science from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree from Tyumen Industrial University, Ilya has extensive experience in project leadership, team management, and technical reviews within the oil and gas industry.
