Eleni Karantzia possesses extensive experience in business software support and consulting, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Team Leader (CRM/Mobile) at Entersoft since April 2018, Eleni has held pivotal roles, including Senior Software Consultant and Deputy Customer Support Services Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring timely support in line with service level agreements. Prior experience at Pobuca - Sieben included positions as Senior Customer Support Engineer and Deputy Team Leader, where Eleni contributed significantly to 2nd level support across multiple platforms, including PocketBiz and MS Dynamic CRM. Earlier experience includes a Junior ERP Consultant role at Intersys SA and a student position at Geniki Bank. Eleni holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Piraeus, earned in 2008.
