Erik Mueller

Erik Mueller has extensive experience in customer operations and service, currently serving as a Customer Operations Specialist at Entercard Group AB since March 2020. In this role, Erik compiles and reports analyses to the customer service department to align team efforts with established goals and identify improvement opportunities. Previously, Erik worked as a Collections Agent and in various customer service roles within the same company, focusing on private customer support for telecommunications and data services. Prior to Entercard, Erik was an Account Manager at Calculate Group Sverige AB and a Customer Service Agent at Tradera, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and supporting team development. Erik is currently pursuing further education at Nackademin from August 2024 to May 2026 after completing secondary education with a focus on media and information technology at LBS Gymnasiet from 2016 to 2019.
