Ran Gilmore

Ran Gilmore is a seasoned nuclear professional with extensive experience in the nuclear industry. Currently retired, Gilmore previously served as General Manager of Fleet Operations Support at Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc. from May 2021 until retirement in April 2025. Prior to this role, Gilmore worked as a Performance Monitor Lead (Loanee) at INPO from July 2019 to May 2021, and spent over two decades at Entergy, culminating as Director of Regulatory and Performance Improvement and as Engineering Manager at a nuclear power plant. Earlier in career, Gilmore was a Project Engineer at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities included engineering modifications and evaluations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida and a high school diploma from Riverview High School in Sarasota, FL.
