Ed Melendreras

Ed Melendreras serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Entergy since May 2011, bringing extensive experience in leadership and customer service within the company. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2008 to 2011, Vice President of Gas Distribution Business from 2004 to 2007, and Vice President of Customer Service at Entergy Louisiana from 2001 to 2004. Ed Melendreras holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
