Lisa Hall

Lisa Hall, SHRM-CP, is a highly experienced HR professional with a career spanning several organizations and over three decades in the field. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Compliance Specialist at Enterprise Bank (Enterprise Bancorp) since 2012, Lisa has held multiple roles within the company, including Assistant Vice President. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Interstate Container and serving as Human Resources Manager at Freudenberg Nonwovens, where responsibilities included coaching managers on employee issues. Additionally, experience at Wang Laboratories involved maintaining HRIS data integrity and reporting. Lisa holds an Associate's degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and several certificates in Human Resources from institutions including Northeastern University and Franklin Pierce University.
