Erika Ruiz

Erika Ruiz is a seasoned professional in housing and community development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Technical Assistance and Capacity Building at Enterprise Community Partners since July 2013, where leadership is provided for the Public Housing Revisioning Team. Previous roles include Senior Program Director and Program Director at SOME (So Others Might Eat) from September 2008 to July 2013, and Housing Development Finance Specialist at the DC Housing Finance Agency from April 2006 to September 2008. Additionally, experience includes a position as Development Analyst at the National Association of REALTORS® from July 2004 to April 2006, and Housing Opportunity Program Associate.
