Michelle Dusseau Diller, PE, PMP, LEED BDC, currently serves as the Senior Program Director of Policy at Enterprise Community Partners, where efforts focus on promoting equitable green and low-carbon affordable housing practices nationwide. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Policy Program Director for Green Communities at Enterprise, advocating for the adoption of green building practices. Michelle's experience also includes serving as Program Manager for Sustainability and Green Building at the National Association of Home Builders, where Michelle advanced sustainable building policies and provided advocacy support. Previous roles include Senior Technical Project Manager at Paladino and Company, Sustainable Leader at HDR, and Environmental Engineer at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Michelle holds a BSE in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MSES/MPA in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
