Zuzel De La Cueva-Seals, MSHRM, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Enterprise Community Partners since May 2023. With extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, Zuzel has held various roles including Construction Management Recruiter at Southway Builders, Inc. and Human Resources Generalist at UnidosUS. Previous positions include Talent Advisor at Bozzuto and Recruiting Specialist at the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, where Zuzel was instrumental in onboarding and guiding hiring managers. Zuzel began a career in education as a World Language Instructor at District of Columbia Public Schools and Baltimore City Public Schools, and also served as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. A background in employee relations was developed at Dow Jones & Company, Inc., focusing on recruitment and training of temporary personnel. Zuzel holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
