Marcy Rothman

Marcy Rothman is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President of Litigation at Enterprise Products since June 2024. Previously, Marcy held the position of Shareholder and Head of Emergency Response and Transportation Practices at Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC from January 2011 to May 2024, also contributing as Managing Director of the Houston Office and serving on the Executive Committee. Marcy's extensive experience includes roles as Partner at various law firms, specializing in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and risk management across industries such as transportation and heavy industry. Marcy earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. from Trinity University, with additional qualifications from multiple U.S. District Courts across Texas.
