Raphael Trajano

Raphael Trajano is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Design at EnterpriseAlumni since January 2024, Raphael previously held the position of UX Design Lead at Iteris Consultoria e Software and Nutrien Soluções Agrícolas, where responsibilities included managing UX teams, project queues, and mentoring designers. Earlier roles include Head of UX at Rede Lojacorr, UX Coordinator at CVC CORP, and UX Lead at Porto Seguro, all characterized by a focus on creating navigable prototypes and establishing design systems. Raphael possesses a robust educational background in graphic design, information architecture, and UX design, complemented by ongoing studies in leadership in design.
