Michael Gale

Michael Gale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at EDB since January 2024, Michael also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Inc.digital, a company founded by Michael in January 2017. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Wind River from October 2020 to January 2024, and CEO at Compete to Create from January 2015 to April 2018. Prior to these positions, Michael was the Head of Digital Strategy/Transformation at ICF Next, a partner role from May 2011 to February 2017, as well as Group Partner at Monitor Group from 2006 to 2011. Michael has a notable background as CEO of Strategic Oxygen from 2001 to 2006, where an interactive marketing mix enablement tool and SaaS was invented and patented. Early in Michael's career, roles included Chief Workforce Officer at Micronpc and Micron Electronics Inc from 1998 to 2001.
