Devin Solace is an IT Security Engineer at Podium since August 2021, specializing in enterprise security tools, endpoint detection, and incident response. Prior experience includes roles as Help Desk Technician 3 and Help Desk Technician, demonstrating proficiency in various technical support systems. Devin has also contributed as a Mechanical Keyboard Builder at Soulless Mechs and held positions at Best Buy and Education at Work, including roles in technical support for Microsoft products. Devin's foundational experience began at Cupbop as a Shift Lead, focusing on customer service.
