Monique Lau is an accomplished professional with a background in product design and community building. Currently serving as a Master of Product Design and Teacher Associate at the University of Canterbury since February 2020, Monique has also held the role of Summer Startup Community Intern. In addition, Monique is a Community Builder at Entre and a Committee Member with The Momentum Programme, both started in April 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Endosoothe since July 2022, Monique leads an innovative venture. Monique has experience as a Tutor at Pūhoro STEMM Academy and previously worked as an Administrator at the Resolution Institute from March 2022 to February 2023. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Formulation Product Design from the University of Canterbury, completed in July 2023, and is further enhancing skills through a Founder Catalyst program at the Ministry of Awesome from February to July 2024.

Entre is a student-led organisation that fosters the entrepreneurial mindset in the students of Ōtautahi. We run interactive, informative events and competitions that encourage students to develop more creative, entrepreneurial mindsets and provide them with access to the networks and support required to turn ideas into impactful ventures. We exist to create a community of changemakers, innovators, and entrepreneurs who will drive the future of our generation.
