William Watkins has a diverse work experience in the fields of graphic design and web design. William started their career in 2016 as a Graphic Designer at the Grace College Student Involvement Office, where they worked with various clients and groups on campus. In this role, they also contributed to team organization, illustration, page layout, and photo editing for the Roots Magazine team.
In 2018, William joined CDK Global as a Web Designer, where they worked until 2020. William then moved on to Sincro, an Ansira company, where they held the position of Web Design Specialist from June 2020 to March 2021.
Currently, William is working as a Dealer Operations Analyst at Entrega, a position they started in April 2021.
Additionally, throughout their career, William also freelanced as a Graphic Designer since 2010. William provided good graphic design services to small businesses and individuals, helping them develop a unique visual identity.
William Watkins received a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Grace College & Seminary, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Advocating for Change in Your Organization," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work," "Driving Change and Anti-Racism," "How to Engage Meaningfully in Allyship and Anti-Racism," "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies," "Managing Customer Expectations for Frontline Employees," "Phone-Based Customer Service," and "Working with Upset Customers," all from LinkedIn. William obtained these certifications in 2019 and 2020.
