David Lunn

David Lunn is a seasoned professional in the fields of science and technology, currently serving as the Head of Science at XFuel since June 2022, with a focus on producing low-cost and sustainable fuels. As a co-founder of airclinical and Revena, Lunn leads efforts in providing technical due diligence for deep tech investors. Additionally, Lunn holds advisory roles at Science Creates Ventures, BioFeyn, Entrepreneur First, and Milo Sensors. Previous experience includes serving as Interim Chief Scientific Officer at a medical company and a Visiting Academic at the University of Oxford, where Lunn was also a Marie Curie Global Independent Research Fellow. Lunn's academic credentials include a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry and Functional Materials, and an M.Sci. in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
