Romuald LaPointe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, strategic thinking, and executive coaching. As the CEO and Founder of Capricorn Leadership since January 2015, Romuald advises CEOs and leadership teams using The Execution Maximizer™ process to enhance execution and results. Romuald has also played a significant role in the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) since July 2006, serving as a Global Board Director, Global Leadership Committee Chair, and past president of the EO Detroit Chapter. Previously, Romuald served as CEO of EM Advisor and co-founded i3Logic, focusing on business performance consulting. With additional leadership roles in various organizations, including Michigan Technological University and Ford Motor Company, Romuald holds a Bachelor’s degree in Scientific & Technical Communication and an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
