Virakone holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including Power Platform Developer and Power Platform App Maker, and has expertise in various Microsoft technologies such as Business Central, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Power Automate. Previous roles at Entripy included Screenprinting Prepress Technician, where skills in graphic design and pre-production processes were developed. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Accounting Associate at Walmart Canada, focusing on cash management and data entry. Virakone earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) with Honours in Fine and Studio Arts from York University between 2008 and 2014.
