Prior to this role, Tal held the position of VP of Security and Data at GeoEdge and Head of Research at Neosec, where efforts focused on securing APIs against business abuse and data theft. With a solid foundation in research and development, Tal previously led a multidisciplinary team at Deep Instinct, overseeing significant contributions to the MITRE ATT&CK evaluation and publishing research in renowned conferences. Tal's background includes security research experience within Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Tal holds an MBA from IE Business School and a B.Sc in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
