Kira Mauss has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kira currently serves as the VP of People & Organization at envelio, where they focus on driving strategic people mission and organizational growth. In this role, Kira leads a team of 5 and is responsible for managing employee journey and experience, as well as the employer brand. Prior to this, they worked at McKinsey & Company for several years, first in Recruiting & Talent Management from March 2016 to September 2018, and earlier as a part-timer and intern from April 2013 to September 2014. Additionally, Kira gained internship experience at AHK Frankreich / Chambre Franco-Allemande de Commerce et d'Industrie (CFACI) in 2012 and worked as a Working Student at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. AG & Co. KGaA from October 2010 to January 2011.

Kira Mauss completed their education with a wide range of academic achievements. Kira obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Multilingual Communication & Business from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, Kira Mauss acquired specialized knowledge in Systemisches Coaching und Veränderungsmanagement from INeKO - Institut a. d. Universität zu Köln für die Entwicklung personaler und interpersönlicher Kompetenzen in 2021. Their educational journey began at Gymnasium Waldstraße, Hattingen (Germany), where they obtained their high school degree, known as Abitur, from 2000 to 2010.
