Jason Matthews

Jason Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career as an IT Consultant at Simpler Webb, where they designed and managed technologies to meet client needs. Jason then joined the Texas Army National Guard as a Network Administrator and later took on the role of Network Engineer, where they administered regional nodes and managed services for military operations. In 2007, Jason transitioned to SolarWinds, initially serving as the Manager of the R&D Operations team before becoming the Sr. Manager of IT Operations and eventually the IT Director. Their responsibilities included leading international teams, improving IT infrastructure, and implementing automation and cloud technologies. In 2018, Jason joined SolarWinds Cloud as the Director of SRE. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of IT at Enverus, where they oversee the company's IT operations and engineering operations.

Jason Matthews attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended the Army School of Information Technology in 2000 and 2001.
