Matthew Rooke is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in commissioning and energy management. Currently serving as the Director of Commissioning at Envinity Inc. since May 2011, Matthew provides leadership and technical oversight to commissioning teams with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions, particularly in higher education and healthcare projects. Previously, Matthew held positions as the Manager of Commissioning Services and Senior Engineer at Envinity, where expertise in facility energy planning, design, and commissioning of HVAC and building automation systems was developed. Prior experience includes roles at Stantec/Burt Hill as an HVAC Engineer and Energy Analyst, Penn State University as an Architectural Engineering Research Assistant, and an internship at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Messiah University.
