The Council Team at Environment Canterbury (ECan) is comprised of 22 councilors who are responsible for setting the strategic direction, policies, and regulations to manage and protect the environment in the Canterbury region. They work closely with stakeholders and the community to ensure sustainable environmental outcomes.
