Rachel Jean-Baptiste

Vice President, Publications at Environmental Law Institute

Rachel is Associate Vice President, Communications and Publications, for the Environmental Law Institute. She is responsible for managing ELI's external communications and supervising ELI's various publications, including ELI Press, the Environmental Law Reporter, and ELI's online materials. Rachel joined ELI's publication team in 1997, taking on various roles and positions over the years. She was promoted to her current position in July 2019. Rachel holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.S. in Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of Colorado.
