Adam Baginski, PE, PMP has extensive work experience in the rail and transit industry. Adam is currently serving as the Vice President of Rail/Transit Services at Envision Consultants, Ltd. Prior to this, they held various roles at Conrail, where they served as the Asst. Chief Engineer - Track and Chief Engineer - MW, Structures, and C&S. Adam also worked at Norfolk Southern / Conrail as the Assistant Division Engineer - MW&S. Additionally, Adam has held multiple positions at Conrail, including Manager - Engineering Services, Assistant Terminal Engineer, Manager - Engineering Planning & Analysis, Operations Research Engineer, Management Associate, and Summer Intern. Their work experience spans from 2007 to the present and showcases their expertise in engineering, planning, and management roles within the rail industry.

Adam Baginski, PE, PMP holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Transportation Management from the University of Denver, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed the Railway Management Program at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2014. In 2007, they graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, Adam obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2022 and the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in February 2018. In 2011, they also earned the Certified Locomotive Engineer & Train Conductor certification from Conrail.
