Ian McKinley

Ian McKinley currently serves as the Group Fixed Operations Director at Envision Motors, overseeing multiple dealerships since May 2025. Previous experience includes a Fixed Operations Director role at Santa Margarita Toyota from February 2020 to May 2025 and President of McKinley Enterprises, Inc. from January 2021 to December 2023. Prior to these positions, Ian worked as Service Director at Porsche Irvine and held various roles, including Shop Foreman and Lead Technical Specialist, at Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach. Ian's career also includes service as a Law Enforcement Officer with the US Government and time in the US Navy. Ian holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix.
