Envision Racing Formula E
Andrea Bianchi is a Simulation Performance Engineer at Envision Racing since October 2022, specializing in the development and optimization of dynamic in-loop (DIL) and offline models, as well as pre-event simulations and simulator software tools. Previously, Andrea served as a DIL Simulator Engineer at Williams Racing from August 2019 to October 2022 and gained experience as a Master Thesis Student at Volvo Cars focusing on electric power assisted steering modeling. Additional roles include Vehicle Dynamics Engineer with KTH Formula Student and an internship at Ansaldo Thomassen Gulf. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Vehicle Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where a minor in Automotive Design was also completed.
