Mark Hsu

Mark Hsu is a seasoned entrepreneur and director with extensive experience across various industries, primarily in technology, marketing, and education. As the Founder and Director of 11th Fleet since November 2018, Mark operates the website taiwaneor. Concurrently, Mark leads TopAdmit Pte Ltd as Director since September 2009, managing the site topadmit, and is a Partner at Global from Day One, an early-stage technology fund launched in May 2016. Additionally, Mark founded EnvisionRecruit in January 2010, which specializes in recruiting international students for educational institutions. Mark serves as a General Partner at Pinehurst Advisors since January 2009 and has owned Envision Study Group, an educational holding company, since October 1996. Previous roles include Director at TravelSkope and Venture Partner at TMI Holding Corp. Mark co-founded Skysoft, known for KKman, KKcity, and KKbox, between July 1999 and November 2000. Academically, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Economics from Stanford University.
