Catalina Laset, CPA CA CBV, has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate development. Catalina started their career at Deloitte & Touche in 2009 as a Senior Associate in Financial Advisory. In 2013, they joined Centric Health as a Financial Analyst and later became the Manager of Business Planning & Analysis. In 2016, Catalina joined LifeMark Health Corp. as the Manager of Corporate Development for a short period. Catalina then moved to Enwave Energy Corporation in 2016, initially as a Manager of Financial Analysis & Deals, then as a Senior Manager of Finance, and eventually as the Director of Finance - Growth & Partnerships. Currently, Catalina holds the position of Director of Business Operations & Growth at Enwave Energy Corporation.
Catalina Laset pursued their education by attending Queen's University from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. In 2008, they briefly attended TBS Education but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
In terms of additional certifications, Catalina Laset obtained the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in April 2012. Catalina also acquired the designation of Chartered Business Valuator from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators in November 2015.
