Florian Bayer is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Process Engineer Metal and previously as a Quality Engineer at EOS since December 2018. Prior to this role, Florian contributed as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at Lehrstuhl für Fertigungsmesstechnik FAU, focusing on research in process monitoring for additive manufacturing. Florian's career began at Brose Group, where involvement included a Werkstudent position and a dual study program specializing in quality. Florian holds a Master of Science in Maschinenbau from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Engineering in Maschinenbau from DHBW Friedrichshafen.
