Lydia Pfeifer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of International HR at EOS since October 2014, overseeing HR management across EMEA, North America, and APAC. Lydia has held various roles within the organization, including Global HR Team Lead and HR Transformation Partner, focusing on people and culture transformation, change management, and positive leadership. Prior to EOS, Lydia was a Recruiter and Manager of Candidate Relations at Hays from August 2012 to September 2014. Lydia Pfeifer holds a Master of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication from Technische Universität Chemnitz and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural European and American Studies from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, with additional experience from an Erasmus program at Universitat de Barcelona.
