Currently, Nikolai serves as Chief Business Officer and Managing Director at EOS GmbH, overseeing a global portfolio across various business units including Systems, Software, Service, Metal Materials, and Polymer Materials. Previous positions at EOS include Senior Vice President of Life Cycle Solutions and Senior Vice President for Central Europe, focusing on aftermarket business and operational management respectively. Before joining EOS, Nikolai held significant roles at Siemens AG, including Vice President of Strategy and Regional Manager for Eastern Europe, and was involved in consulting at Siemens Management Consulting. Nikolai's education includes a Master of Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
