Virginia Palacios is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business leadership and technology innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer for the Polymer Business and Chief Sales Officer at EOS since January 2023, Palacios previously spent over two decades at HP, where roles included Director of 3D New Business Incubation and Director of 3D Strategic Product Management. Key accomplishments include driving high-value business opportunities, leading multidisciplinary teams in additive manufacturing, and managing global sales and application development initiatives. Earlier career roles also include R&D management in electrical engineering with Sony and various leadership positions at HP focused on product development and customer engagement. Virginia holds a degree in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull and completed a program in Building Innovation Leaders at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
