Josh Payne

Josh Payne serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering and Design at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. since December 2024, where responsibilities include leading design and release teams to innovate products and processes, alongside advanced manufacturing engineering teams to enhance production efficiency and quality. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Moxion Power from November 2022 to August 2024, Director of Product Engineering at American Battery Solutions Inc. from March 2019 to February 2021, and Assistant Chief Engineer for Hybrid Transmission at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from March 2017 to April 2019. Josh Payne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, earned between January 1991 and January 1997.
