Marwin Ramcke has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marwin started their career in 1995 as a Procurement Manager at Ludwig Lühmann GmbH & Co KG, where they worked until 1998. Marwin then moved to Holz-Junge GmbH & Co as a Procurement Manager for a short period. In 1999, Marwin joined the German Navy as a Soldier and served until 2001. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at OBI@OTTO (baumarkt direkt GmbH & Co KG) as the Head of Finance & Business Economics. In 2007, Marwin started working at EOS Gruppe, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Consultant Division Management Eastern Europe and Head of Division Management Eastern Europe from 2007 to 2016. In 2017, they became the Managing Director of EOS International BVG. Their most recent role is as the CEO of EOS Gruppe since February 2022.
