Faisal Hussein has significant experience in IT support and customer service roles, currently serving as an IT Tech at EOS IT Solutions for Meta since December 2021. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and imaging computers, managing assets, deploying IT equipment, and providing onboarding for new staff while adhering to strict service level agreements. Previously, Faisal worked at Waitrose & Partners as a Checkout Supervisor, managing checkout operations and IT-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. Faisal also gained experience as an IT Trainee Consultant at Cybercare, assisting victims of cybercrime, and as a Volunteer Staff member at Oxfam, developing multitasking and teamwork skills. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Security and Computer Networking from London Metropolitan University.
