In 2019, Paul furthered their education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, specifically through the Executive Leadership - Zendesk Accelerate Program. However, the field of study for this program is not specified.
Additionally, Paul Mac Carthy has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they received the certification for "Optimize Your Resume for Applicant Tracking Systems" from LinkedIn.
