As a Certified EOS Implementer® and Franchise Owner at EOS Worldwide since 2019, Jim aligns leadership teams to enhance profitability and foster sustainable growth. In addition, Jim founded Empowering Organization, Inc., focusing on scalable solutions for team dynamics and process documentation. Prior experience includes serving as COO and Founder of CANTARA, where Jim transformed a startup into an award-winning service organization through operational clarity. Additionally, Jim has a robust background in the high-end custom home building industry, delivering significant audio/video integration projects that established industry benchmarks. Jim holds degrees from California State University, Fullerton, and Saddleback College.
