Jeffrey Knight

Jeffrey Knight has diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jeffrey began their career as the Head Writer at Ignite! Learning and worked there until 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they served as a Senior Writer/Editor at TG. Jeffrey then joined Charles Schwab as a Contract Service Communication Copywriter from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Contract Editor for AFCPE Financial Literacy Project at AFCPE® from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Copywriter at the City of Austin, Office of Design & Delivery, before transitioning to their current role as the Chief Learning and Development Specialist at EPAM Continuum. Overall, Jeffrey's career has showcased their skills in writing, editing, copywriting, and learning and development.

Jeffrey Knight earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Jeffrey then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric at California State University, Northridge, which they completed from 1985 to 1987.
