Chris Waller

Chris Waller serves as the Vice President and Chief Scientist at EPAM Systems, where responsibilities include advancing the Life Sciences division and driving digital transformation in pharmaceutical research and development. With an extensive background in academia and industry, Chris held multiple adjunct professor roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Northeastern University, focusing on medicinal chemistry and leadership in analytics. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Merck and Pfizer, where strategic direction was provided for scientific modeling, informatics, and enterprise architecture. Chris earned a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Premedicine from Davidson College.
