Larry Solomon

Larry Solomon has over three decades of experience in leadership roles, particularly in the areas of human resources and operations. Larry has held various positions at Accenture, including Senior Managing Director, COO, North America, where Larry oversaw a team of over 50,000 employees. Larry also led global HR operations and transformation at Accenture, managing over 300,000 people worldwide. Currently, Larry serves as the SVP, Chief People Officer at EPAM Systems and as an Independent Consultant and a Board Member at WebFX. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University at Albany.
